Published Op-Ed Articles

A couple of years after relocating to Winston-Salem I was moved to submit to the Winston-Salem Journal a proposed op-ed on police reform. With some quick forced learning about word limits it was published in April 2021. That led to two dozen more articles, and it turned out many were also published in the Greensboro News & Record. Since I spend a lot of time keeping up on the news, it only seems fair to try to help others’ understanding. Topics have included global warming, attorney discipline, collecting a judgment, the Fifth Amendment, D.C. as a colony, patriotism, gun control, search warrants, income inequality, music, electing judges, Justice Clarence Thomas, and comments on former president Trump’s cases. I hope you might find some of them worthwhile, numbered and posted here in reverse order of publication.
